Another reason for Wii owners to celebrate this year is the release of a brand new and exclusive Space Invaders game heading to WiiWare. After the success that was Space Invaders Extreme, Taito are developing the game that Space Invaders fans have been waiting for 30 years. You now control the alien UFO’s and can command the hordes of Space Invader underlings in an attempt to overrun Earth and battle Earthlings’ attacking human weaponry. More features of Space Invaders Get Even Wii are:

Five different attacking modes; Shot, Homing, Burst, Drill and Hopping.
Fight and destroy Earth technology including Tanks, Battleships and Fighter Planes.
Seven gaming environments to battle across.
Online High Score tracking.
